We collect details you provide through forms and transactions, including your name, email address, phone number, delivery or event location, dietary notes, booking details, account information and payment status. We may also collect device, browser, cookie and website usage data.
We use information to answer enquiries, provide quotes, manage orders and bookings, verify accounts, issue tickets, process payments, prevent fraud, improve services and meet legal obligations.
When you register, enquire, book, order or create an account, you agree to receive service-related email and SMS communications. These may include confirmations, replies, security codes, order updates and daily reminders for an upcoming registered event.
